Rev3 Shared Pallet Order

Fill in the information below to reserve your desired number of cases for the next shared pallet order. Orders must be placed in quanta of 10 cases each, where shipping per 10 cases is on the order of $15 to $20 (a significant savings compared to ordering individually per UPS ground). Maximum savings for shipping is achieved when a full pallet's worth of orders (208 cases) is accumulated, though it is possible to ship with either a half pallet (104 cases) or as few as 84 cases. Provided there is enough interest for reasonably frequent purchases, the ideal scenario would be only to place an order for a full pallet each time. Once a full order is reached, you will be contacted at the email address by the shipping coordinator to place your order. You will have no more than 10 days in which to place your order in the personal sales position of your choice. You will then need to send the order number for your cases to the shipping coordinator via email to Janet (janetbernstein@me.com). You will be notified of the final pickup location when the pallet arrives. Currently shipments are made to one location in the UTC/Miramar area.
